How we work, and why
Seven stages, from diagnosis to support →Business software rarely fails for lack of technology. It fails because nobody understood the operation before drawing the screen, because scope changed with no record, or because whoever built it left and wrote nothing down.
Our method exists to attack those three points, not to look organised in a slide deck. Diagnosis before screens solves the first. Written scope and fortnightly delivery solve the second. Documentation and a repository in your hands solve the third.
We are a small team on purpose. The person who talks to you during the proposal is the person who writes the code — there is no intermediate layer for the requirement to pass through and come out deformed on the other side.
What the contract says
Not a pitch: every item below is a clause.
The code is yours
Repository, documentation and infrastructure in your own account. No technical hostage, no licence of ours in the middle.
A deadline with a date
The proposal carries a delivery date per phase, not a vague estimate. If we slip, you hear about it before it happens, not after.
A defect is not extra work
Anything delivered that does not work as written, we fix at no charge. A contractual warranty, not goodwill.
Support with a response time
Severity defined in the contract, with a time per level. A system that is down is not treated like a cosmetic tweak.
A staging environment always online
You watch the system take shape. No sealed box opened at go-live.
Leaving without penalty
If one day you want to hand the project to another team, we deliver the handover documentation. A client held by dependency is not a client.
