Custom ERP for an operation that no longer fits off the shelf
When your process is the differentiator, bending it to fit someone else’s software costs more than building your own. We build the system your operation already runs — without the hundred modules it will never open.
When this fits
The spreadsheet became the system
There is one critical spreadsheet only a single person understands, and the company stops when they go on holiday.
Every department has its own system
Sales in one place, stock in another, finance in a third, and someone reconciling all of it by hand at month end.
The off-the-shelf ERP does not close the gap
You license modules you never use and still keep side controls for what the system will not do your way.
Nobody trusts the report
The board asks for one number and gets three different answers, depending on who exported it.
What we deliver
- 01
Management core
Records, role-based permissions, an audit trail and the approval flow your company already follows.
- 02
Integrations
Talks to what already exists: legacy systems, third-party ERP, banks, logistics providers, marketplaces.
- 03
Tax
Issuing and bookkeeping as your operation requires, with the contingency handling that tax documents demand.
- 04
Decision dashboards
One number per screen, with a written definition of what it measures — that is what stops the board arguing about the source.
- 05
Data migration
We bring the history over with verification, not an optimistic import the night before go-live.
What we build it with
- TypeScript
- Node.js
- PHP
- Laravel
- React
- PostgreSQL
- Docker

Questions that always come up
← See all three practicesHow long does a custom ERP take?
It depends on scope, but the first useful version in production usually lands between three and six months. We ship fortnightly, so you use part of the system long before it is complete.
What if we already have an ERP and do not want to replace it?
Most of the time we do not replace it — we build around it. The new system covers what the current one will not do and talks to it through integration. Replacing the whole core only pays off once maintaining the current one costs more than rebuilding.
Who owns the code?
You do. The repository is yours, the documentation is yours, and the infrastructure can live in your own cloud account. We do not do technical hostages.
How does support work after handover?
A maintenance contract with response times agreed by severity, defect fixes at no extra cost, and a monthly reserve of hours for evolution.
Does this sound like your problem?
Tell us how the operation works today and where it jams. We answer with scope and a deadline, not a generic proposal.
