01What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form: name, company, email, phone, subject and whatever description you write. We never ask for identity documents, bank details or sensitive information anywhere on this site.
02Why we collect it
The legal basis is the performance of preliminary procedures related to a contract, under article 7, item V of Brazilian law 13.709/2018 (LGPD). In plain terms: we use these details to answer you and run the commercial conversation. They never enter a mailing list and are never sold or transferred to third parties.
03How long we keep it
A message sent through the form is stored in this site's system for up to twelve months and then deleted automatically, by a daily routine — it does not depend on anyone remembering to do it. While the conversation is running, it also exists in the company mailbox, for the same purpose. If we become your supplier, the data moves under the service contract instead.
04Who we share it with
Only the infrastructure providers needed for the site to run and the message to reach us: site hosting and the transactional email service. Both act as data processors, under contract and only for that purpose. Nothing is shared with any other third party. The message is also stored on the site's own server, in a restricted area behind authentication, so that no enquiry is lost if email delivery fails.
05International transfer
The service that delivers form emails processes the message on servers outside Brazil. That transfer is necessary to carry out the contact you requested — a ground provided in article 33, item IX of Brazilian law 13.709/2018 — and the provider maintains contractual safeguards equivalent to those the Brazilian law requires.
06Cookies and measurement
This site uses no advertising, tracking or measurement cookies. Audience measurement runs on TechWeb7's own server, is aggregated, does not identify the visitor and stores nothing in your browser — which removes the need for a consent banner and means your browsing data is not sent to any third party. The only cookie in existence is the admin area session, restricted to people who work at the company.
07Your rights
You may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymisation, portability or deletion of your data at any time, and withdraw consent. Use any contact channel on this site and we answer within fifteen days.
08Security
The site is served exclusively over an encrypted connection. Access to received messages is restricted to the team handling commercial enquiries.
